How do I check my "Travel Data eSIM" is connected?

To confirm your Travel Data eSIM is connected to the network from any screen:

  1. If you have purchased a data plan, on any screen, you can pull down on the top right to show the Control Centre
  2. On the top left, if you have a Travel Data eSIM active, you will see “GigSky” with a cellular signal strength (number of bars). This will confirm you are connected to the network
  3. If you do not see “GigSky”, you may not have your eSIM turn on. Go to Setting > Cellular > CELLULAR PLANS menu and turn on the eSIM.
