To confirm your Travel Data eSIM is connected to the network from any screen:
- If you have purchased a data plan, on any screen, you can pull down on the top right to show the Control Centre
- On the top left, if you have a Travel Data eSIM active, you will see “GigSky” with a cellular signal strength (number of bars). This will confirm you are connected to the network
- If you do not see “GigSky”, you may not have your eSIM turn on. Go to Setting > Cellular > CELLULAR PLANS menu and turn on the eSIM.
