What do I do if I delete my eSIM?

You should not delete your eSIM. 

Since the eSIM is associated with your data plan, deleting the eSIM will delete your data plan from your phone. 


If you delete your eSIM, you need to contact the service support in GigSky at < support@gigsky.com > or call to au Customer Support. Then you will need to repurchase the data plan, and download a new eSIM.
